HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER

  1. Buy the loyalty card at P500 or
  2. Get the loyalty card for free for accumulated receipts* worth P15,000 in our SM Megamall branch, from September 24, 2016-September 24, 2017 of any of the following:
    • Motorino
    • Records
    • Food and Drinks
    • Satchmi Accessories
    • Cleaning and Dewarping Services
    • Motorino Repair Services

*The OR number and total amount must be readable. Please note that receipts must be surrendered.

    HOW TO REGISTER

    1. Get your Satchmi card.
      • Enter your mobile number to earn your first Satchmi Points.
    2. Make sure you link your card at http://zap.com.ph/#/login.
      • Login using your registered number & PIN.
      • Go to WALLET.
      • Click LINK CARD.
      • Your ZAP ID and Temp PIN can be found at the back of your Satchmi card.

    HOW TO EARN POINTS

    1. Input your mobile number upon getting your bill. That's it!
    2. Points can be earned for any of the following purchases at Satchmi:
      • Motorino
      • Records
      • Food and Drinks
      • Satchmi Accessories
      • Cleaning and Dewarping Services
      • Motorino Repair Services
    3. Points earned today can be used on your next visit.

    HOW TO REDEEM POINTS

    1. Enter your registered mobile number.
    2. Wait for an automated SMS from Satchmi.
    3. Enter the code.
    4. Enter your user PIN.
    5. Points are redeemable for:
      • Motorino
      • Records
      • Food and Drinks
      • Satchmi Accessories
      • Cleaning and Dewarping Services
      • Motorino Repair Services

    HOW TO CHANGE PIN
    You can change your PIN in-store or at http://zap.com.ph. Make sure you're using your registered mobile number.

    WHAT IF I CHANGED MY MOBILE NUMBER?
    Did you change your number? Make sure to send an email to info@zap.com.ph and request to update your information.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Each card will have a serial number which needs to be registered at www.zap.com.ph.
    2. The card or serial number should be presented to avail of the benefits of the Loyalty Program.
    3. The card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
    4. The card is not to be used in conjunction with existing promos and discounts.
    5. The registration under the card cannot be duplicated.
    6. In the case of redeeming a free loyalty card with your accumulated receipts worth P15,000 and up, please note that the OR number and total amount per receipt must be readable. Receipts must be surrendered.
    7. Your card does not have an expiry date. But take note that points are only valid so long as you have used your card in the past year. If membership has not been used in this way for 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to remove points from the balance on the card.
    8. Certain merchandise may be exempt from the Loyalty Card program.
    9. For lost or stolen cards, report any loss or theft to loyalty@satchmi.com.
    10. In the case of lost cards, a new card will be issued to the customer upon request with a P250 charge.
